FG SCRAPS HND PROGRAMMESThe Federal Executive Council on Wednesday March 14th banned Polytechnics from awarding the National Diploma Certificates. With this decision, Polytechnics will no longer admit students for HND programmes. However, the current set of HND students will be allowed to complete their programmes.
