If you prefer to connect your Android phone or tab to the internet using mobile networks instead of wi-Fi networks, there is need for you to activate mobile data service on your Android device. Unfortunately, most Android tablets and phones are unable to accept Over-The-Air (OTA) 3G/GPRS settings and need to be set up manually.
